- Arrival time is 11am - please do not arrive before this time, as you will not be allowed access
- Please depart by 10am
- The bar and restaurant is open daily from 7am to 8pm
- After your walk around the lake with the head bailiff, a draw for swims will take place at 12noon (unless an arrangement can be made to suit everyone)
- Please note that all food , snacks etc. paid for at the venue need to be paid in £’s not euros
- Three rods per angler. Do not leave rods unattended. Fishing is only allowed from your own swim
- No markers to be left in place in the swims. Markers may be used for feature finding and for baiting, but must then be removed from the water
- Boats are strictly forbidden
- Bait boats are allowed
- Unhooking mats are compulsory. Carp sacks may be used with the prior permission of the bailiff only
- Particles - only properly prepared & cooked particles sold at the lake are allowed. Any angler found to be using particles which have not been prepared on site will be asked to leave the venue without refund.
- Barbless hooks only, checks will be carried out. Please note that this is for the carp’s safety
- No leadcore leaders to be used under any circumstances, failure to comply will result in your ejection from the venue without refund. No braid.
- Swimming and wading are not permitted. Cutting of bank side vegetation is not permitted
- Please do not walk out onto the bridge leading to the hut, any angler found doing so will be asked to leave without refund.
- Barbecues are allowed, but please do not place hot ashes in the bins, wait for them to cool. Please do not light fires on the ground
- The owners decline any responsibility in case of accident, theft or natural diseases contracted at the venue
- Anglers must behave responsibly at all times. Excessive noise, alcohol or substance abuse will not be tolerated. Please respect the venue and other anglers at all times
- Please respect the rules, as anyone found to be breaking them will be asked to leave immediately without refund. The bailiff’s decision is final
