Meals at Vaux

Breakfast 

A deep filled baguette with sausage, bacon, egg, tomatoes, mushrooms will be delivered to you each morning OR if preferred, a continental breakfast is available on request (croissant with butter and jam, pain au raison/pain au chocolat).

Main Meal

Samples from our menu; 

• Beer Butt Roast Chicken Dinner – beer infused chicken served with roast potatoes
• Lamb Stew - served with dumplings
• Chicken Pesto Medley – roasted vegetables in pesto with chicken and cheese sauce
• Pork Chops – cooked in foil with shallots and herbs served with creamed potatoes
• Beef Stroganoff – beef strips served in a creamy mustard sauce served on a bed of tagliatelle
• Leek & Bacon Flan - served with chips
• Coq au Vin – chicken and red wine stew with smoked bacon, onions and mushrooms served with herb dumpings
• Salmon Parcels – tangy salmon fillet wrapped in puff pastry served with dauphinoise potatoes
• Beef Lasagne
• Shepherd’s Pie/Cottage Pie – with cheese topping
• Feta, Sun-dried Tomato and Pesto Quiche – served with roasted vegetable couscous

All meals are served with either seasonal vegetables or a salad, plus crusty bread

Dessert of the Day; 

A home baked dessert/cake or local tart/gateaux with cream, custard or ice cream.
