Details of your catches: 12 carp. Including 2 x 40’s: mirror 42lb 6oz. Common 44lb 6oz. 3 x 30’s: 39lb 4oz common, 36lb 10oz mirror, 33lb 1oz mirror. 6 x 20’s & a 17lb 2oz koi.

Your best tactics/bait/rigs: Cell to far margins. Particles near lilies.

General comments: Excellent holiday, i fished all swims moving day & night, the accommodation is excellent & even the coarse lake good fun, an all round top class venue, quiet & beautiful. If only the weather was better, but that’s fishing! Ray mullan.

Your best tactics/bait/rigs: Best bait was maize by far,cell & smokey bacon boilies also scoring.all fished at far margins.

General comments: Fishing was fairly slow at times due to changable weather & recent stock problems,easterly wind was kiss of death.still very enjoyable,will be back next year for another go at em!.beware of the boiler.many thanks to heather & larry for all their help.

General comments: Fabulous place to stay, we were a family of 5 & had a great time. The house is beautiful with everything you need. Local amenities were good. Peaceful, tranquil & stunning. Fantastic holiday! Heather & larry were very kind & helpful too. Thank-you.

Details of your catches: Lots of small carp from the little lake,the larger carp not feeding during the day due to changeable weather,but come to life in the night 20lb's,31lb 5oz mirror 35lb 7oz mirror 10lb koi and many round the 10-15lb mark.
