Some sound advice there Gareth.

Many anglers spend along time selecting what they consider to be "the" best venue for their trip and book up months in advance to secure their chosen week, but before you know it, the departure day is soon upon you.

So don't leave your preparation to the last minute, and end up potentially ruining that trip of a lifetime. Check and double check everything, make a full list early on, so you can tick things off as they are sorted, and possibly add other stuff to your list as it comes to mind.

Thorough preparation will certainly help your holiday go a lot smoother, and mean you arrive at your venue relaxed in the knowledge that you have covered as many bases as is practically possible, hopefully resulting in a cracking weeks fishing for your group !
