Weather in March in France is usually about the same as the UK. The weather only starts to improve significantly above the UK around April / May time. This is because the UK as an island gets lots of warmth from the surrounding seas were as France is part of Continental Europe so suffers from the icy conditions coming in from the North. Go prepared as if it were a session in the UK in March i.e. plenty of warm clothes. Just like the UK in March you can get a mini heatwave & it be T-Shirt weather... or it could snow! Hope this helps.
