44.01 – the new ladies record
Mark and Jayne Owen have just had a great session at Vaux (w/c 6th August) taking;
2 x 40s, 11 x 30s, 27 x 20s, 37 x doubles, 1 x 42lb12oz catfish, 1 x 18lb pike, 1 x 1lb perch
Tactics; Inline and swivel drop off leads, fish meal and fruity baits – all produced fish. Pop ups worth a go. The whole lake produced fish throughout the stay.
