Venue Update : Genêts Record Carp Tumbles
Just got this e-mail report through from Les Genêts lake owner Larry Arnold.
[..Ben Rook from Nottingham landed a Mirror of 45lb 7oz at 11 30pm Wednesday 30th April. He was fishing the swim opposite the house after moving from the pads swim.This carp is not the same fish as last years record of 44lb 2oz. Ben fished Boilies over lake pellet and without the aid of a bait boat good old fashioned casting. Well done to him on this superb fish.

Wow,
Congratulation, that is really a enormous carp. Amazing to think that it is not the same fish as last years record catch. There may be some other monsters still to come.
