The only thing I've heard about carp fishing over here in the states is that they're finicky eaters and are hard to catch. While I'm not easily discouraged by a challenge, there are plenty of fish over here that are not hard to catch! But I've seen some of these monsters swimming around in some of my favorite bass water, and have often thought, "Man those things gotta put up one heck of a fight!"
