For the last 4 months I have been making regular weekend trips to Roseau to renovate the lodge area. When I took over Roseau I knew I had a job on my hands to regain the trust lost by the anglers due to the previous owner. Although the work that needed doing was always going to be hard it would benefit Roseau and everyone concerned in the long run.
As you can see from the pictures it was in a bit of a state but now we have a brand new kitchen installed and I have also appointed a fully qualified chef to cook your meals. Lillian, our chef has been in this industry for many years and is a great cook, your meals will be cooked fresh on site and the bar area will be open 7 days a week from 7am to closing (def. after 8pm).
Freshly made sandwiches will be made daily for those that get a bit hungry along with chocolates, drinks, cigarettes etc.
The customer shower block has been freshened up, we now have an area within the block for all customers to charge their boats, phones and lap tops. Please note that there are now English plugs so no need for converters, again just something to make things a little easier for the customers.
