Remy Revisited

This glorious lake set near the Orient Forest in Eastern France was used as the location for some of our shooting this Summer with the help of carp anglers Ron Woodward, Shaun Harrison, Martin Cowie and Justin Brearley. The venue has been turning in some great catches this season and looks set to be a top venue for 2006.

Our shoot saw a number of thirties banked to over 36lb. The majority of the fish were magnificent commons. During this short video clip we see a couple of lovely carp landed as well as some shot of the superb setting, giving the angler a real feel for the atmosphere of this lake.

At 25 acres in size it is around 4 hours from Calais. The setting is wild & undisturbed with overhanging trees, lilies & fringes of reeds around the perimeter. The surrounding woodland is rich in flora and fauna with deer, wild boar and a myriad of other birds and animals. Remy accommodates up to 10 anglers on 5 large double swims.

With the participation of: Ron Woodward, Shaun Harrison, Martin Cowie, Justin Brearley
