We hired a minibus and a box van from Clearview Carp Tours, as recommended by Angling Lines. Made the journey much easier and we had room for all our kit. Vehicles were superb, and Roy from Clearview was really helpful with arranging pick-ups etc. Rates were bloody cheap too! I'd recommend doing this rather than taking your own motor if there are a group of you. Worth every penny. Roy said that he'd even chauffeur you to the venue if required, but he was already booked solid by the time we found this out! Maybe next time!

Oh, and organise your transport. And pack your gear. And drive for hours... well not any more.

Let us handle the bits that are less enjoyable for you! Clearview Carp Tours offer a tailor-made service in conjunction with Angling Lines, where we will deliver you to your chosen venue with a minimum of hassle. Arrive at the lakeside refreshed, and ready to go.

For exclusive trips Clearview Carp Tours will meet you at our private car parking area at Dover Harbour, where you can leave your cars in a secure compound for the duration of your trip. Alternatively, we can arrange to pick you up from up to two different locations within 15 miles of your chosen departure point.

Travel in comfort in our VW Transporter Minibuses. These seat eight anglers comfortably, and come equipped with all mod-cons! Your gear will be securely loaded into a large trailer, which can easily accommodate everything that you wish to take. Your driver will then deliver you directly to your chosen venue, where you will arrive on your appointed morning, relaxed and ready to catch those lumps!

This is a service we have refined after much thought – we know what you are looking for – we are carp anglers too, with a huge number of foreign adventures under our belts. The vehicles, the trailers and the journey are specifically planned around the ethos of getting you to the lakeside on time, with all the kit you require, and ready to fish. Nobody does it better!

Bookings should be made via Angling Lines in the normal way.

We are anglers. Most of our drivers have fished the venues you are going to. We've had 50lb+ fish from Laroussi and Ribiere, and 40lb+ fish from dozens of venues. We are over there a LOT! We know how the lakes are fishing – we know where the hotspots are on a week by week basis. After all, we are delivering anglers to the bank every week. They tell their tales, and we listen. Bear in mind that your driver just might be able to give you a useful snippet that will put that lump on the bank for you!

And remember... This is a tailor-made service. If you want something that you don't see on our list, just ask. We'll do our very best to suit your needs, and to accommodate your requests. If it's possible, we'll do it.

1 x Unhooking mat - if not supplied by venue

1 x Bait Bucket (5kg)

On booking your trip you will be sent the relevant number of luggage labels to attach to your equipment, this is to ensure that the right tackle goes to the right person. Please keep these for the return trip to eliminate confusion.
