1. Vaumigny<\/a><\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

This lake is not for the faint hearted or inexperienced because you’ll be tackling catfish to over 170lb, sturgeon to over 100lb and carp to over 60lb. Anglers who favour wild and natural lakes will find themselves right at home. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

At 37 acres there\u2019s plenty of water for everyone. A total of 15 swims, 2 of these being doubles, span the perimeter of the lake. It is certainly a lake that will leave you with memories for life!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vaumigny is a 2hrs 40 drive from the port of Caen and 4hr 20 from the port of Calais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. <\/span><\/span>Cailleaux<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Cailleaux presents the opportunity to fish a true runs water, somewhere you can relax for a week in the knowledge that the fishing should produce well and therefore offer you plenty of action. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are huge numbers of carp to over 55lb, 160lb+ catfish and some beautiful diamond back sturgeon, so you can expect to catch plenty of all! The layout is very social because you all fish from one long open bank. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Brocard Small<\/a><\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Another lake for those anglers that prefer to ‘get away from it all’, Brocard Small is long and thin in shape, encompassing around 29 acres (not exactly small at all then!).  It holds a good stock of incredible looking carp to well over 50lb & plenty of catfish to 110lb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Just four double swims are spread along the length of the water, therefore you have an incredible sense of exclusivity and privacy from each swim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Beaurepaire<\/a><\/span><\/span><\/strong> <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

A natural gravel-pit of 7 acres, Beaurepaire holds catfish to over 100lb and plenty of 40 & 50lb carp, with a lake record into the high sixties. The lake ideally suits groups of up to six anglers looking to book a lake exclusively\u2026 but individual bookings are welcome too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is fairly straight forward fishing here which makes it ideal for less experienced anglers. There are no designated swims but there\u2019s plenty of room to bivvy up all round the lake. If you book the lake as a group, you can all fish together from the central spit which gives you access to the whole lake from one place – making it the perfect location for a social!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Glehias<\/a><\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

One of the more luxurious venues, you book Glehias exclusively for the week – this includes private use of the two lakes and farmhouse accommodation. The main fishing lake is 3.2 acres in size and home to carp up to over 45lb and catfish to over 65lb. The second lake is ideal for anyone that wants to dabble in some coarse fishing. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gl\u00e9hias<\/a> also offers a unique experience in the form of a floating cabin housing the lakeside facilities. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

1hr 30 from the port of St Malo and 2hr 45 from the port of Caen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Molyneux is a beautifully mature tree-lined lake of 13 acres, with 10 swims for a maximum of 8 anglers. The catfish here go to 90lb and the carp to high forties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Autels is a mature 4 acre lake in the Loire Valley, and is hired out exclusively for the week to groups of up to 5 anglers. This is the perfect lake for those wanting a social holiday with action-packed fishing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There’s a large head of fish here – around 300 carp to 50lb, catfish to over 100lb and sturgeon to over 80lb, so you are unlikely to be short of runs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
