Mirrors/ commons/ grass 40+ netted most 17lbs to 30lbs+ .Sandy had pb grass 33lbs and pb mirror 37lbs, Jeff had lake record at 62lbs 4oz

Size 6 hooks, simple d ring with bait screw, 15mm house squid/garlic and house partical mix

32 carp landed on this visit up to 59lb 12oz.

Your best tactics/bait/rigs:

Kept two rods on spots, baited little and often and used the third rod for showing fish. I used the bait package provided by Gary (highly recommend). Single 16mm bottom bait worked nicely this week.

Details of your catches:

8 carp to 33lb 2oz. Weather was extremely hot, so only a couple of photographs taken, as I prioritised returning the fish and making sure they recovered over any pictures.

Your best tactics/bait/rigs:

Single bottom baits or wafters over a small amount of free bait (lake pellet, particle and crushed boilie). Bites mainly coming in the early hours of the morning when it was cooler.
