Yes

General Comments:

Facilities are good, plenty of charging points, new fridge freezer. If you work hard for the fish, big catches are possible.

Details of your catches:

Approx 20 carp in total. Biggest was 37.08. Most between 28 and 33lb. In the circumstances we were really pleased. We had travelled out on the Saturday to a different (non angling lines water) We were very disappointed and by Monday rang Angling Lines to see if they had a water we could move onto. Lucky for us they had!

Your best tactics/bait/rigs:

Some came from mid water, some from towards the bay. Some carp were held up though at the damn wall in swim 5. Weather was atrocious, we only fished 5 days arriving Monday evening. Cold north westerly wind didn't help either.

Were the facilities what you expected?

Yes, really good liked them though the shower could do with an update. Plenty of space.

Were you happy with them?

Yes

Would you recommend the venue to a friend?

Yes. Good venue Would prefer to use micro barbed hooks though!

Would you recommend the services to a friend?

Yes, definitely. Thanks for helping us out at such short notice.

General Comments:

Photo's to follow. Peg numbers need sorting they are a mystery ( not in order) Paul , very helpful, it's a good venue. Two guys who arrived as we left, fish there every year and told us we were unlucky not to have had 40's.
