Tough week. Weather all over the place - from torrential rain to ridiculous heat, high 30's. Still managed to winkle a few out. Good to see Richard again, helpful as always.

General Comments:

We all had a greats week fishing. The bailiff is a very nice guy who told us everything about the lake, nothing too much trouble.

Fishing towards the island and also toward the middle of deeper end produced fish.

Great lake, a little bit tough at times, but the weather was up and down. Excellent lake, Richard is a great guy always willing to help if needed,

To list them would be brief. 6 fish to 37lb.

Your best tactics/bait/rigs:

Bites were really finicky, so had to shorten hook length and use a heavier lead to prick the fish before it could blow the bait out.

Were the facilities what you expected?

Yes - Pretty much but next time i will bring a bed chair as my wife and i are too old to climb to the top bunk.

Were you happy with them?

Yes - everything else was more than fine.

Yes - definitely, it was a bit of a struggle this week but the potential looks good.

General Comments:

Lovely looking lake and Richard as helpful and pleasant as before. Nice suprise having a visit from Shirley and Martin who we haven't seen for 2-3 years.
