Seigneurie Facilities
Weigh Slings/Cradles - The venue have invested in AVID "Captive Carp Cots" and "Recovery Slings" for each swim and for the safety of the carp. These items are provided free of charge and will be checked out at the start of your stay and at the end. Any deliberate damage to the equipment will be charged for. Please bring your own landing nets (minimum of 42" arms required).
Toilets & Shower - There is a toilet and modern shower room in the corner of the lake for the use of the anglers with electricity and hot water. These facilities are basic and compact but well maintained. These facilities are 600 yards from the closest swim so a walk is required (or you are welcome to bring your bike). Additionally, there is a second toilet located near the car park for added convenience. This second toilet is approximately 235 yards from Willow, 130 yards from Apple, and 130 yards from the two single swims in the Bay.
Lakeside Facilities - A cabin situated midway between each end of the lake contains two large fridges, one big freezer for the bait, a microwave and a toaster. These are shared with other guests on the lake. There are two French electrical plug sockets per swim available inside, please remember to bring your own UK adaptors. You are also welcome to use your camping stoves here. There is a BBQ in front of the cabin. There is no wifi at the lake but 3G signal on your phone is usually good.
Kitchen - There is a small kitchen sink with hot and cold running water to wash your dishes. This is located in the same cabin as the toilet and shower. The facilities are connected to the mains water supply, making the water safe to drink.
Local Area - The beautiful French town of Pacy sur Eure is just 2km away. This town has a sleepy and friendly atmosphere with excellent restaurants & bars, 4 supermarkets and a launderette. Pizza can be delivered to your swim. A little further afield the motorway network puts several major cities within easy reach - Paris (60km), Rouen (40km) and Giverny (Monet’s Garden) 20km away.
