Far margin fishing. Large beds of bait. Wafter/ bottom bait. Resting swims for a couple hours. Centre channel across lake for daytime bites

General Comments:

Very happy with everything regarding the trip. very well organised, bailiffs very friendly/helpful. Brought us more bait at the drop of a hat each time. Fishing so good, we had to brings rods in for large periods in order to rest/sleep, highly recommend for an action packed trip.

Very nice lake to visit, calm water, fish easily visible, guaranteed a fish

We had 52 carp to 36lb and 40lb & 80lb catfish

All baits and tactics work well, I fished pop ups but some of the lads were using bottom baits

General Comments:

The 2 bailiffs we met were very nice and came to visit everyday which is good. We ended up buying bait from the bailiff, top blokes. Will return in the future

between our group of 4 we had 71 fish. 2 x cats at 82lb and 41lb, (we were smashed up by other very big cats too) 4 x 30's to around 38lb, 53 x 20's and 13 teens

Most came from the central channel in the lake and some off the far margins.

yes, They are at Cailleaux lake just down the road.

Owners were really nice chaps and left us alone for the most part. Had a good week plenty of action and banter.
