No there was no fridge as described on the website and our fresh food was spoiled despite being promised a fridge it never arrived. *Angling Lines note* We have spoken to the owners regarding the fridge, they apologise for the problem they had on your week. There is now a small fridge and also a 156 litre 7 day specialist cool box, which keeps everything below 6 degrees for 7 days.

General Comments:

Beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings but totally unfishable due to the plague of mosquitoes. Spending upto 14hrs a day in the bivvy. Mosquitoe repellent made no difference. This is no reflection on Angling lines or the lake owners or the bailiff Mark who was very helpful. It was just unfortunate that the mozzies decided that this would be a great week to spoil it for everyone and I'm not talking about a few hundred... more like thousands of them but I would still love to fish this lake again

During the session, I was able to catch 16 carp of at least 33 pounds, some also more 44+. According to Mark, one should also be able to catch carp up to 66 pound.

The sanitary facilities are very good, the pegs have enough distance between each other and you can enjoy the calm of the area and the lake to the fullest.

General Comments:

If you are a demanding angler, the lake is what you need. It is fun to find out where the good spots are and in case you do, Evaro will reward you with big carp. Mark is always ready to help in case of questions or issues. Without Mark, my trip would have only been half as good as it was, he enriches the holidays for every angler and makes it an unforgettable experience!
