Ouest Baits Freezer Fresh Boilies are hand rolled to the highest possible quality using the finest ingredients with no added artificial preservatives or colours. Developed by fishery owners with around twenty years' experience in bait making, all baits are tested on our own fish in the development stages and are designed to be a top quality Carp feed in their own right. 

Fish care should not stop at the safe tackle we use, but should be considered in the food we feed them.

All our base mixes contain a carefully balanced blend of vitamins and minerals designed to benefit the health of the fish, they also contain a unique mix of coarse ground cereal grains and seeds to give a bit of a crunch. 

All our base mixes are tested prior to flavouring and enhancing for their Carp catching ability before being developed further. There are no cheap bulk padding ingredients used in the construction of our baits. The fishmeal base we use is of the highest possible quality and is specifically designed for Carp; the oils are still rapidly digestible at very low temperatures, and in turn, allow our fishmeal boilies to work better than most at our lakes, even in winter temperatures.

Naturally coloured by their ingredients, the boilies tend to blend in well with the lake bed and are equally at home being fished over pellet or particle. Being a complex mix of natural nutritional food, the Carp will return again and again to feed on these baits as they learn to see them as a staple part of their diet.

As there are no preservatives used in these boilies, as such, they need to be kept dry and stored frozen until ready for use.

Coconut flavour in a Fishmeal / Milk Protein base. High scent / flavour release, works well all year round.

1kg Canadians (Maple) 12 euros
Maple flavour in a Fishmeal / Nut & seed base. Very high scent / flavour release, works best in summer temperatures.

1kg Atlantics (Spicy Fish) 12 euros
Peppered Trout flavour in a Spiced Fishmeal base. High flavour release, developed specially to attract Catfish but will also find the odd Carp.

Pellet & Particle

5kg 5mm Carp Pellet 15 euros (maximum order of 25kg per party per week)

1kg Prepared Partimix (frozen) 5 euros

1kg Prepared Maize (frozen) 5 euros

Particle and Pellet are normally kept in stock so you can be topped up during your stay if needed, however the main bulk of your pellet should be ordered at least 4 weeks in advance.

How to order
All bait orders must be made by email to the owner stating your Party Name and Date of Visit. Please allow at least 4 weeks’ notice when placing your bait order to ensure they have everything ready for when you arrive. All orders are payable on arrival in euros (no 100€ note please, they will not be accepted).

Please note; Bait orders are made directly between you and the lake owner. We (Angling Lines) cannot be held responsible for any problems that may subsequently arise. If you order bait to be waiting for you when you arrive we strongly recommend you Email the owner a few days before your arrival to make sure it will be there for you. In 99% of cases this will just be purely precautionary, but bait is such an important part of your holiday that it’s only sensible to take every step to avoid problems.

If you book the food package you will be asked to pay the cost of this directly to the lake in Euros on arrival.

The La Gléhias food package consists of a breakfast baguette and a hot beverage, and two course evening meal. The food package is 175€ per person for the week (minimum 2 people). Just let us know beforehand and we can arrange that for you.

Breakfast

La Gléhias Breakfast Filled Baguette with either Sausage, Bacon, and/or Egg (omelette, less mess), with or without ketchup, and a personal flask of Tea or Coffee. 

Evening Meals

Evening meals are served at the Farmhouse and include a home-cooked main course and dessert. Examples as follows;

Sunday Roast with Roast Potatoes and Seasonal Vegetables
Pork & Vegetable Curry with Rice and Cucumber Riata
Toad-in-the-Hole, Mashed Potatoes, Onion Gravy and Green Beans
Spaghetti Bolognese and Garlic Bread
Mediterranean Quiche served with Piedmont Potatoes and Salad
Cottage Pie with Cheesy Topping and BBQ Baked Beans

Pudding
Lemon Posset, Chocolate Roulade, Tiramisu, Peach Turnover & Ice-cream, Crème Brûlée, Knicker-Bocker-Glory, Chocolate Mousse, Bread & Butter Pudding, Lemon Meringue Pie.

We are happy to go through the menu beforehand and we do have a vegetarian menu available on request. All orders are payable on arrival in euros (no 100€ note please, they will not be accepted).

The cost for just the Breakfast Package is 70 euros
The cost for the Full Meal Package (Breakfast & Evening Meal) is 175 euros
