General Comments:

Great place: plenty of fish up to 53lb. I fished peg 9 and had 15 fish total on bottom baits and pop ups. Cant wait to come back.

175 carp caught between 9 anglers, over 20 x 40s 1x60 2x50s loads of 20s and 30s

The lake bait was of good quality and particle, also we used monster crab boilies using double 18 mils on the hair rig as there was bream present

Very big freezers for our bait and fridge and freezer for our food, plenty of sockets for our bait boat batteries and toilet was very clean

General Comments:

As we order extra bait from the lake owner it was delivered the next day, supermarket and pharmacy and fuel was 5 mins down the road

General Comments:

This was our first trip to Lepinet and definitely won't be the last. The owner was helpful and also let us get on with the fishing whilst supplying bait whenever we needed: he also arranged our C19 tests which all went without a problem. At times the action was so hectic that we couldnt keep rods in the water. Plenty of runs with some big fish mixed in, a brilliant holiday. Be prepared for long range fishing over quite severe bars/rocks, and boat work. Tough 20lb line is a must.

Simon (swim 11) 40 carp - biggest 52.0 (2 50's, 4 40's, 14 30's, 17 20's 3 doubles) Graham (swim 10) 19 carp - biggest 44.0 (1 40, 4 30's, 11 20's, 3 doubles); also couple of bream and the big sturgeon (160 lb?) Mark (swim 9) 25 carp - biggest 39.8 (9 30's, 13 20's, 3 doubles); also 10 bream to 8.4 and a 4.0 tench

Boilies fished 60-70 yds over bed of scattered boilies

General Comments:

Swims had plenty of shade, useful as it was very hot. Despite some previous comments about a "bream problem", we could only catch bream when we fished for them with small baits and feeders. No bream caught on proper carp rigs and 18mm boilies. Fish were all in very good condition and fought extremely hard.
