Details of your catches:
8 fish, 14 losses due to snags and weed. Biggest 55lb sturgeon.
Your best tactics/bait/rigs:
Shed loads of bait (more then we took) the most success came for the Dutch and French, 5kg of pellet or parti mix per rod and a kilo of boillie over the top produced good results for them. We took between 3 - 65kg of particle, 75kg of pellet, 60kg of boillie and we still could not match the rest until we upped our feed, then we started to get a few results.
Were the facilities what you expected?
Never used due to previous feed back, took our own
Were you happy with them?
What we see and used on the last Day no.
Would you recommend the venue to a friend?
Only to the most hard core angler that's used to a water with big hazards & big baiting
Would you recommend the services to a friend?
First time used so not sure as a few problems with description of lake.
General Comments:
Very weedy & 100s of snags per swim, lake management very poor, row boats well over priced and broken.

General Comments:
Very hard week with lots of small fish but this was down to spawning I suspect and I can see the potential for some really good fishing. However, customers should be made aware that this lake is advertised elsewhere (first time I have experienced this with angling lines). When we set off on Friday night there was only one other person booked so we were very surprised to find 5 local anglers bivvied up across from us. Also lake is situated 30 yards from an engineering firm which kicked into life punching steel plate at 6am and did not stop until 8pm. We would have been a lot happier if we were made aware of these issues prior to travelling. A bit more clarity please guys. **Note from Angling Lines** Hi Paul, Vaumigny do take French bookings direct and if the French booking is made with short notice (as they often are with local anglers) we may well not have known. However, your swims are pre-booked and other anglers would not affect this, although we understand it's nice to know. Regarding the excessive noise, this is genuinely the first time we have had this reported and it is not something we have experienced whilst at the lake personally. We will discuss this with Frank to see if this is a regular thing and if so we will absolutely add a note to the venue information.

Would you recommend the services to a friend?
Yes but one complaint we were in a car but charged by you for a van *Angling Lines note* Hi Andrew, unlike the ferry companies, the Eurotunnel shuttle charge us the same price for a car or a van. So there would be no price difference between the two.

General Comments:
Good venue, well stocked fish to a good size. Frank the bailiff was nice and helpful. Only comment that I would make, would be assistance to the fishing swims not near to the road would be useful and helpful.
