General Comments:

Food – A* to the Chef! Would have liked ‘day-time action’ for benefit of 6yr old, but the fish wouldn’t play ball! Found the ‘singles’ frustrating but that’s fishing I suppose! Overall – 8/10 to La Gléhias. Big Thanks to Lee + Tracy for a good week!!! Stuart Thank you Tracy and Lee, Love Nathan x

General Comments:

Weather very, very hot (100+) some days. Despite this, the two larger fish were caught during the day (11am and 1:30pm). Great fun and got a good tan to boot!

Mirror Carp – 34lb, 26lb, 25lb, 24lb, 23lb, 22lb, 16.5lb, 9lb + 3x8lb Common Carp – 27lb, 15lb

Best bait was Special Crab catching 95% of fish. Pineapple Crush & Rahja Spice gave runs. The ‘Big Bush’ along the ‘Gorse Bank’, ‘The Triangle’(area between reeds and goresebank) & ‘Sluice/Outlet’ provided all fish.

General Comments:

Fantastic week & place to fish, scorching sun & temperatures in the high 30’s slowed the fishing down, but Lee provided constant tactical advice from bait presentation to exactly where to fish that proved invaluable. This was our first trip to France fishing & we can’t wait to come back for the Fishing, Great Food & Hospitality of Tracy, Lee & the Family.

General Comments:

Fishing was hard due to fish spawing a few weeks ago and 100 deg weather, but Lee's advice was spot on every time and the fish started coming out only fished 4 days and nights so maybe could have had more on the bank. Lee and Tracey are great hosts and we will be back next year to catch the elusive cat fish that i wanted !
