Details of your catches:
21 Carp in total (a combination of Commons, Mirrors and Grass Carp) with 3 x thirties, 3 doubles, 1 single and the rest twenties .
Your best tactics/bait/rigs:
On the owner's advice (Bruno) I didn't bait heavily to start with, but built the swim up gradually through the week. By the end of the week, I had used 20kg of partiblend, 5kg of pellet and 11kg of boilies. Hook bait was boilie. Early on in the week I lost a lot of fish through hook pulls and so switched to a fluro carbon D rig and larger hook size (size 4) - thanks to Bruno for his help in solving the problem.
Were the facilities what you expected?
Yes , as advertised a modern and clean shower block and a lakeside lodge with charging points, fridge freezer, kettle and microwave. Bruno also provides a bike to use when going over to the shower block; although not that far away ( located on the opposite bank to where you fish ) this was much appreciated.
Were you happy with them?
Absolutely, a very well equipped drive and survive venue.
Would you recommend the venue to a friend?
A resounding yes. The lake has a good stock of young fish that are growing fast and Bruno plans to add to the stocks once most of the grass carp have been removed. At 12 acres the lake can easily accommodate 6 anglers and the layout of swims means each angler has a good area of water to fish with no risk of a "boundary dispute". Bruno is very friendly and knowledgeable and gives good advice about the lake and tactics.
Would you recommend the services to a friend?
Yes, I've been using Angling Lines for a few years now and will continue to do so as the information about the lakes is accurate, they always help with any questions I have and have managed the uncertainty due to Covid travel restrictions admirably.
General Comments:
Bruno now sources boilies from a French Company "Cap River" - their boilies are good and I found them to work very well . More details can be found at the following address : https://www.capriver.fr/. There is also a well stocked tackle shop ( Prestige Tackle ) in Pacy Sur Eure - but be aware they are closed Sunday and Monday . The rest of the week they are open 9.30 to 12.30 and 2pm to 7pm. I took a pre travel Covid test locally 3 days before returning to the UK and the results were available within 24 hours so that process went smoothly; Bruno took me to the test centre and was on hand to translate........ which was essential - so many thanks Bruno .

Details of your catches:
I found the fishing hard. I was picking up bream throughout. It can't have helped as I was the only angler on the lake. Eventually I did manage a nice brace of thirties, two grass carp and a pike to round it off but only after putting in plenty of bait to feed off the bream and the brown crayfish. I think that if there was another two or three anglers on things might have been different but because I was the only one fishing the bream just shoaled up on my bait, I did suggest that Bruno invest in a few keep nets so that if an angler catches a bream, they put it in the keep net so that he can relocate them elsewhere.

The facilities are more than adequate with the new toilet/ shower having plenty of hot water, there is a large chest freezer and electricity points, the lodge on the island has two fridge freezers with loads of electric points for charging bait boat batteries phones etc.

General Comments:
First impressions as you arrive at Seigneurie are very positive as it's a well-kept lake with gravel swims laid out spaciously with plenty of water to go in every swim, I went in peg two following Bruno’s advice. To sum up a lovely looking lake with more than ample facilities but needs a lot of work on the nuisance species. *Note from owner* Whilst bream are present they have not been at a nuisance level to anglers previously. However, we have noted the keep net idea and will put in place if the situation demands it.

Details of your catches:
I had 9 carp in total starting with a Grassie at 20lb 4oz, 5 commons ranging from 30lb 4oz to 34lb 12oz, and 3 mirrors from 38lb 14oz (new P.B.) to 24lb 15oz. I also had 5 missed fish, 2 near the net and 3 at distance. My mate Andy, a virgin to French carping had 5 carp, smashing his previous P.B. with all of these, his best and new P.B. was a mirror of 34lb 8oz. In total he had 3 x 30 and 2 x 25+. He also had a mid sized snotty!
Your best tactics/bait/rigs:
We fished the 1st double as you arrive at the lake, as this was my 2nd trip I set my boat for the far bank margins, Andy choosing to fish mid water at around 10 - 15 wraps. His new P.B. was taken from mid water at 12 wraps. I fished D.N.A. baits SLK with pink peril top up, a trick I learnt from an angler was to "countersink" the pop up into the bottom bait. I used "ronnie rigs" initially, but changed to a size 8 wide gape with a long hair (with float stop) to allow the bait about 15mm gap to the hook. This was fished on 6 inch braid tied to 20lb fluro hook link. Andy fished a combination of his version of "German rigs" and single pop ups. Andy moved to the far margins and had more success than previously mid lake.
Were the facilities what you expected?
As this was my second visit I knew what the facilities would be like. But for those who haven't visited and are umming and arrhing. The facilities are second to non, a bright clean shower block with copious hot water, a proper flush toilet a two basins. This area also has a sink and a cavernous freezer. Halfway down the lake is the new cabin with two fridge freezers, microwave, toaster, comfy seating and a plentiful supply of sockets (do bring adapters as the are continental 2 pin type), tables and chairs for outside seating and a BBQ.
Were you happy with them?
The addition of the cabin is brilliant as it avoids the trek back and forth to the main freezer in the shower block. Having been last year I struggled to think how Bruno could improve on the facilities, but he has!
Would you recommend the venue to a friend?
No, not at all, never visit this place, as it will only make it harder for me to get back on in future. In all seriousness I cant recommend this venue or Bruno highly enough. Bruno is relaxed and laid back, extremely helpful and generous with his advice, the lake is well managed, free of snags and week, and the fish are simply gorgeous and will only get bigger.

I was extolling the virtues of Angling Lines to other returning anglers on the ferry back home, so yes most definitely.
General Comments:
Aside from the stunning fish, our trip was graced by many other fantastic sights and sounds. We saw osprey circle the lake and take fish. Hobby and Red Kite flying overhead, herons standing statuesque awaiting their prey, kingfishers darting along the waters edge and all manner of waterfowl. We were visited by a cheeky red squirrel, who happily snaffled any tiger nuts he could get his paws on, and marvelled at the aerobatic ability of numerous bats. We have heard tawny owls, foxes, and the more usual common birds, we also think we heard a couple of Jays. Clear skies and the lack of light pollution have allowed us to marvel at the vastness of our universe and wonder at our own part within it. did I mention the stunning fish? A trip to Seigneurie is more than just a chance to tempt the fish to your nets, it affords an opportunity to really engage with nature.
