Details of your catches:
2 carp between us from the single swims. I think 2 or 3 were caught from the middle swim. Most caught from the left hand side of Willows (Brunos garden)
Your best tactics/bait/rigs:
Hard to have tactics/baits that would work at this end of the lake that had virtually no fish. As is the norm at this lake it should be said.
Were the facilities what you expected?
The shower was a highlight. If you 'draw' the singles or even the middle swim at least you can have a look at the willows swim and Brunos garden peg (in the out of bounds area) on your way to freshen up
Were you happy with them?
Lovely shower, decent cabin for charging stuff and a fridge and freezers. And a sofa to sit on
Would you recommend the venue to a friend?
No. For what is advertised as a runs water, it isn't. Unless you 'draw' the willows swim, and even then you have to be on the left side just next to Brunos garden peg. This isn't just from our weeks experience and sour grapes. Yep you might pick a few up down the wrong end and they may be big but this place isn't a runs water

Angling lines is a decent booking experience. Easy payments, good communication and flexible. They maybe should keep a keener eye on how they market the venues on their books
General Comments:
The lake looks lovely but Bruno probably needs to move the fish out of his garden peg to make this lake not a one peg wonder. Also I enjoyed the story from the guy (that had been here many times before) that was singing the virtues of the singles swims prior to the 'draw'. Strange how he got to go first on the 'draw' and drew 1 and instantly marched towards the willows swim. *Angling Lines note* Thank you for your feedback. We’re really sorry to hear you had a tricky week. We have spoken with Bruno about the points you raised. Carp are caught from all swims throughout the season, though of course we can never guarantee where or when they will feed. As the lake has matured the fishing has changed slightly, so we have updated the write up for the venue to reflect this. We are genuinely sorry it didn’t work out for you this time.

1 x 55lb mirror 5 x 40s 17 x 30s 3 x 20s 3 x 10+
Your best tactics/bait/rigs:
Pink dumbell wafters worked very well for me, spreading 5kg boilie over my spots before dark and filling boat with house particle and pellet.
Were the facilities what you expected?
Been before and the facilities were just as clean and tidy, very well looked after.
Were you happy with them?
Very happy
Would you recommend the venue to a friend?
Yes most definitely

100%. Used Angling Lines for many years now and always get a good service
General Comments:
This is a outstanding lake, very picturesque and holds some very large hard fishing carp, it's very well managed by the owner Bruno who is a great and friendly guy. I have fished both his lakes a few times now and he is always as friendly as the last time. There's nothing you could dislike about this lake except when the ducks jump on your bait boat trying to get a free meal, whilst heading to your spot. This lake is definitely one to watch for the future which is all down to good fishery management. Thank you Bruno and thank you Angling lines

Back from another great week on Seigneurie. Fishing was a little tougher than last year but still some great fish! Thanks to Bruno for being a great host on a great lake once again.

Details of your catches:
We had 33 fish in total. Biggest carp was 47lb mirror. We did have a few bream to 7lb and one tench. All the fish caught we in great condition
Your best tactics/bait/rigs:
Just listen to the owner Bruno he will point you in the right direction. All fish caught were on house boilie topped with fake corn
Were the facilities what you expected?
Facilities were good, shame the wooden chalet doesn’t have a sink in. You have to walk to the shower area.
Were you happy with them?
Really happy it has everything you need.
Would you recommend the venue to a friend?
Yes
Would you recommend the services to a friend?
Definitely always helpful
General Comments:
Bruno is a top fella, we had a couple of slow days and he came over and told us where to put it and it worked. If you’re in willow swim just be prepared to get your steps in for a shower! You have to walk nearly the full lap of the lake to get there. But couldn’t fault it we will go back again.
