General Comments:
On first appearance the accommodation is clean and basic, this we expected for a farmhouse fishing lodge. However it was soon apparent that the toilet didn't work and made a terrible screaming noise when flushed wich could be heard all over the house. Plug had to be retrieved from bathroom sink with a knife and shower screen door was falling off !! Double bed was moving 4-6 inches back and forth that's without even getting into bed, it is about to collapse, when you turned over in the night the noise woke the whole house hence no sleep. When we told Lee there was a problem with the toilet is noise and not flushing no 2s he said he didn't do the plumbing !! The outside area looks like a run down old farm yard and no where outside to sit or eat in private. The last straw for us was sitting watching tv when mice ran across the floor to the kitchen and we realised that they had eaten into our fishing bags to get food, this ment they had been all over the kitchen and that is not except able. This is why we asked you to bring our ferry crossing forward to come home. The only reason I have given the cleanliness a one is because of the mice droppings, Tracey has done her best with the cleaning it's the maintenance of the property that is in very poor condition. *Angling Lines note* We were disappointed to receive this feedback as it is a vast contrast to the rest of the feedback received from customers this season. We have spoken to this customer at length and believe it is simple a case of the wrong venue chosen for their requirements. We always urge customers to let us know of any minor issues whilst at the venue so we can get them fixed ASAP - for example the screen door had come out of the rail and was easily put back, equally the bed has been re-enforced although we do not believe it was going to collapse. The plug was fixed and Lee has now fixed the flush on the toilet so it is not so noisy. The accommodation at Glehias is in the middle of the countryside and if it does recieve the odd visit from a mouse the owners can resolve this. The BBQ area down by the lake is fully private if you wish to use it, up by the accommodation there is a picnic bench to the front and a two acre meadow with a picnic bench and bbq to the side of the house which guests are equally welcome to use.

Would like to thank you both for your hospitality, you are a lovely couple and I thoroughly enjoyed spending a nice relaxing week at Le Glehias. Beautiful lake in stunning surroundings, the accommodation was also really nice and very well thought out.
