Think the carp took a weeks holiday, as we turned up just weren't feeding but the cats were on the feed, but thats fishing for you

General Comments:

Plenty of shade on excellent swims. Quality of fish first class. As Carp Anglers, we found there were too many Catfish.

Carp: 29lb Mirror, 20lb 8oz Mirror, 19lb Common, 11lb Common, 13lb Common, 7lb Common, 14lb Common, 20lb 4oz Mirror, 17lb 8oz Grass. Cats: 36lb 6oz, 35lb, 26lb 4oz, 26lb, 46lb, 8xdbls Multiple Bream.

Snowman rigs fished over baited areas and showing fish. Fishing hard due to recent circumstances.

General Comments:

Lee and Tracy are excellent hosts made us very welcome, food and hospitality fantastic. Carp fishing wasn’t up to expectations.

Near trees and far back, broken boilies and mix of pellet, half boilie on a Ronnie rig but fished as a bottom bait. Tiger Nut flavour.

General Comments:

Although we had a problem initially, the lake started to fish well, visiting St Malo and Mont St Michel broke up the week nicely. Luved every moment.
