Got a 44lb mirror second day of being here, then a 33lb, 39lb & a 25lb rest of week, Good Stuff. Others were between 12-28lb common carp and a few grass carp.

General Comments:

First fishing holiday ever and second carp I've eva caught and got a 44lb mirror second day of being here, could not ask for more, made my holiday.

Details of your catches:

We caught many fish, 115 carp in 1 week with 3 anglers. Only disadvantage is that there are too many grass carps. Despite that we caught 4 carps of 40+ lb, many 30+ lb, a lot of 20+ lb and doubles.

Your best tactics/bait/rigs:

Simple rig and because we are Team Quest Baits Holland we only used Quest Baits boilies Rahja Spice, Fruity Trifle and Magnum White combined Pimple Pops. Hence the good catches.

Lovely surroundings, lovely house and good furniture.

Were you happy with them?

Very happy, we had a great time despite the weather (we had rain every day of the week).

I HAD TW0 THIRTYS A 29 4 AND LOST COUNT ON HOW MANY TWENTYS AND ABOVE THE SMALLEST FISH I CAUGHT WAS A 15 4 GRASS CARP

I USED TWENTY MILL BOLLIES CALLED ADDICTION BOUGHT FROM MAD BAITS THEY HAVE A WEB SITE ANYTHING SMALLER THEN A SIZE 6 HOOK AND 20 MILL BOLLIES TEND TO ATTRACT NUSIENCE FISH SPEAK TO GILLES HE WAS VERY HELPFUL THE RIGS I UESED WAS BLOWBACKS AND KDS BOTH WORKED WELL

Were the facilities what you expected?

YES THEY WERE BASIC BUT HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED INCLUDEING A DISHWASHER WHICH MADE THE WIFE HAPPY AND GAVE ME MORE TIME ON THE BANK IF THERE IS ANYTHING YOU MIGHT NEED ASK LESLIE OR GILLE S THAT INCLUDES TERMINAL TACKLE AS WELL OTHER TEN THAT WE WERE LEFT YO OUR OWN DEVICES BUT DONT BE AFRAID TO ASK THEY WERE FANSTASTIC HOSTS

YES THE FISHING WAS FANTASTIC LESLIE AND GILLES WERE PERFECT HOSTS AND COULDNT DO ENOUGH FOR US THEY MADE US VERY WELCOMED

Lost count in the end but only me fishing and caught over 30 carp including 39lb common and 43lb mirror, and two coi!

I fished with the source boilies and very lightly, single hook bait and 3 or 4 freebies around the margins and in snags
