Lake Rules at Landes

Please note arrival and departure times must be strictly adhered to. PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE EARLIER than 4pm and leave no later than 10am.
Guests are asked to pay a security deposit (£200) upon arrival, which is fully refunded if the gite is left clean & tidy with no breakages
Please treat the gite and facilities with respect and leave them clean and tidy. If you should find anything not working correctly, or have any breakages, please let us know as soon as possible

Please note; if you visit us in the winter (between 1st of November through till the 1st April) there is an additional supplement for heating which is €50 per week. This is to be paid in euros upon arrival please

No food or drink around the pool or jacuzzi, children must also be supervised at all times in these areas
The lakeside gite and lake are exclusive for your use. The pool area is not exclusive to your party - it may at times also be used by the owners and/or other guests (if you have not opted to hire the second accommodation too)
Infants under the age of four are free of charge, but must be included on the booking
Please use appropriate sized landing mats and nets (large)

Please use antiseptic on all hook damage on fish
Take care when photographing the fish, do not stand whilst holding the fish and ensure water is to hand
Minimum mainline 16lb, braid is acceptable only with tubing or leadcore/similar leaders
Bait boats are allowed
There is a rowing boat on site, which can be used with prior consent, but the lifejackets provided must be worn at all times and please no children on the lake
Maximum 3 rods per angler and no unattended rods at any time
Sacking of fish strictly forbidden
Please use good quality bait and particles, do not overbait with particles
No tigernuts, sweetcorn is fine
No dogs allowed
