Overview
Gléhias is set in the heart of the beautiful Bretagne countryside and offers superb French carp fishing in tranquillity and seclusion. You hire the venue exclusively for your group of up to 4 anglers and it comes with the accommodation included, which you can choose to sleep in, or indeed bivvy up and just use it for the excellent facilities it provides!
Made up of two spring-fed lakes, the Specimen Lake Lauren which is 3.2 acres in size and is home to carp up to 52lb and catfish up to an estimated 90lb, and the Stock Lake William which is slightly bigger than its sister lake at 3.6 acres and contains mirrors and common carp up to around 20lb, grass carp to around 30lb and a variety of silver fish and is fishable with permission from the owners.
The two lakes give a combined total of 6.8 acres of water to fish.
Gléhias also offers a unique experience in the form of a Floating Cabin housing the lake-side facilities; toilet, tea making facilities and seating/dining area. With the addition of the lovely farmhouse accommodation just half a kilometre down the track, this is definitely a venue where you could take the whole family and relax knowing that they'll be happy while you enjoy some fabulous carp fishing.
Food packages and bait are available on site. Two cradles are provided free of charge. This should help you save valuable space in your vehicle and hopefully be a bit less whiffy in there on the way home!
