Overview
Bruno and Diane welcome you to their beautiful French carp fishery, Seigneurie. This is a lovely 12.5 acre gravel pit lying in the Eure Valley, just a 2hr45 drive from Calais and 1hr50 from Caen.
Since opening in 2019 this lake has proven itself to be extremely popular, offering anglers fairly straight forward fishing and big carp to over 71lb.
The lake offers three double swims (although one of these is two platforms at different angles on a point, allowing single anglers somewhere to fish without being on the same platform as someone else). The lake can be booked individually or as a lake exclusive for groups of up to six anglers.
For those of you who have been struggling to get on Bruno's extremely popular first lake, Deux Iles, his second lake Seigneurie will not disappoint. It has been created with the same meticulous attention to detail that makes great carp lakes in France.
Bruno has been a carp angler for a number of years and is part of the Avid Carp French team - he speaks very good English and can be on hand should you require advice or assistance.

"We had 1 x 55lb, 5 x 40's, 17 x 30's. This is a outstanding lake, very picturesque and holds some very large hard fighting carp. It's very well managed by the owner Bruno who is a great and friendly guy. I have fished both his lakes a few times now and he is always as friendly as the last time. This lake is definitely one to watch for the future which is all down to good fishery management. Thank you Bruno and thank you Angling lines!"

On arrival we had a good walk round and looked at all three double swims and each swim has a vast amount of water to fish. We will be back for a second visit and I’m sure we’ll not be disappointed."
