Overview
Eau De Vie North offers a genuinely exclusive carp fishing holiday in France - a 3.3-acre lake hired privately for up to 4 anglers, set in the Pays de la Loire region and packed with features. It holds a good stock of carp to just under 50lb, with plenty of action across a range of sizes throughout the week.
A great option among our carp fishing lakes in France with a lakeside lodge, the venue comes with comfortable accommodation included - two bedrooms (a double and a twin) with good facilities, right on the water's edge. From the outdoor dining area you can enjoy a BBQ with your rods out just a few metres away.
The fishing is generally straightforward, making it a great lake for less experienced or novice anglers, but with enough features to keep more experienced anglers happy too.
With over 50 excellent reviews, Eau De Vie North has built a loyal following of returning anglers. Guests regularly praise owners Gary and Angeline's hospitality, the consistent catch rates and the cleanliness of the facilities.
You can also opt to take advantage of the additional services on site to make this a viable all-inclusive carp fishing holiday - food packages, bait, and full tackle hire are all available. It's an easy choice for anglers who'd rather skip the drive, Rennes and Nantes airports are both approximately an hour away, taking all the hassle out of getting there.
For groups of up to 7 anglers, this lake can be booked together with Eau De Vie South, which shares the same site.

"Had over 40 fish between the 3 anglers. Accommodation is exactly as described. Its a simple, small cabin but it has all that we needed. Gary and Ang are superb hosts; helpful, friendly and pop round a couple of times every day to check on how we were getting on. Really enjoyed our week with all 3 of us getting PB's."

We are novice anglers and Gary spent a lot of time and effort to educate us and get some fish on the bank. After two years of blood, sweat and tears, Eau De Vie South opened and a further 2 years later Eau de Vie North was ready.
