Overview
This lovely 4 acre lake was created by anglers for anglers and offers fantastic fishing for carp to over 57lb. Sister lake to Lillypool, Lillybelle is located in the Pays de la Loire region and is a real find. Set in utterly tranquil surroundings, the lake is rectangular in shape and an island just off centre means that it offers enough space for up to 5 anglers.
Sold on an exclusive basis only, the venue includes a simple 2 bedroomed lodge nestled in one corner of the lake. Purpose-built with anglers in mind, it offers all the essential amenities for a comfortable stay, including a fitted kitchen/diner & toilet and shower facilities. An eating area and BBQ sit just outside and it is possible to fish from the swim just next to the lodge.
The lake is full of features, with the island, several small beds of lilies and some great margins to fish to with overhanging trees and bushes. The fishing offers quality, with a good average weight and plenty of week's seeing 50lb+ carp on the bank.
Tree lined to all sides, the lake is a little 'hideaway' yet has the benefits of great facilities alongside.

"Largest mirror at 52lb, Largest common 43lb. Overall catch was 31 carp : 1 x 50, 3 x 40s, 14 x 30s, 10 x 20s, and 3 x doubles. Fantastic weeks fishing on a lovely lake in a brilliant location. Fish were all pristine condition, hard fighters, and a great variation. Richard was a really nice, easy going chap who knows his fish and lake really well. Great advice and offers as much guidance as you may need to have a brilliant trip, but will also leave you alone to get on with your fishing. Top man!"
