What did you find were the best tactics/baits: Roach for the pike. Boilies for carp, Tuiti Fruiti pop-ups and squid and octopus

Were the facilities what you expected? Yes, superb

Were you happy with them? Yes, couldn't ask for more

General comments: I would recommend sailing from Portsmouth (the extra ferry price of £150 is better than the long drive and extra fuel and toll charge). Once we arrived at Vaux, we really started to relax. The whole venue is perfect. Chas and Josie have really tried to make your stay a great one and succeeded. We will be back in the summer.
