Le Sauci is a picturesque 12-acre carp lake on the outskirts of the Argonne Forest, in the Marne region. It's an easy 3hr30 drive from the port of Calais and offers the perfect combination of excellent fishing for carp to over 58lb and exceptional angler comfort. You can either prebook swims individually or hire the lake exclusively for a group of up to 8 anglers.

A standout feature of Le Sauci is its high-quality facilities, installed in early 2026. Anglers choose from four spacious double swims tailored to different fishing experiences:

Two premium double swims with private lakeside lodges, offering modern 2-bedroom accommodation (sleeping up to 6) and panoramic lake views - ideal for those seeking carp fishing in France with lodges.
Two comfortable bivvy-only double swims, perfect for a more drive-and-survive experience while still enjoying excellent shared facilities, including a fully equipped kitchenette.

Combined with an impressive head of carefully selected carp, Le Sauci strikes the perfect balance of comfort and serious fishing. It is also an excellent opportunity to be one of the first to enjoy a new French carp lake that has been carefully crafted over the last few years by very knowledgeable owners.

In 2021, we acquired our first lake Zentelles and in 2024, we continued this adventure with the acquisition of Le Sauci, which we are developing with great care to offer quality fishing and exceptional facilities. Our goal is simple: to offer anglers lakes teeming with carp, well-managed, with particular attention paid to respecting the fish, preserving the tranquility of the area and ensuring the comfort of our anglers. We're keen to share our passion and do everything we can to welcome French and international anglers."
