Escape to Ilot, a picturesque 4-acre gravel pit that offers an affordable lake exclusive for just a couple of anglers. It is home to impressive carp to over 60lb and a very good average weight. A double swim sits directly outside the lakeside lodge, with easy access to the tree-lined margins and central island features.

The simple wooden lodge, which is included in your booking, makes for a very comfortable fishing holiday. Inside you'll find:

- A small but functional kitchen
- Dining table for your meals
- Two single beds
- Picnic table & BBQ outside

Whether you choose to sleep in the cabin, or just use it as a place to cook and socialise, it adds a lot of comfort and convenience - leaving you with less to pack and more time to focus on the fishing.

Overall, Ilot provides straight-forward and rewarding fishing for anglers of varying experience, with the very real chance of a new PB. "14 fish between us. All beautiful, pristine fish including 2 x 50's! This is a really good lake, loads of water for two anglers to fish. Cabin is a great idea - just bring a sleeping bag. Fishing is straight forward, we had some nice weather and it fished well. Both of us came away with new PBs."
