Facilities where fine. All that is needed. Shops only 12 minute drive away from lake.

Most definitely, Angling Lines is fantastic 10/10 can’t fault at all. Would highly recommend.

General Comments:

La Brie is a amazing lake! Everything a carp angler would want and more, quiet peaceful beautiful lake, surrounded by beautiful woodland and wildlife. For me it was paradise, can’t wait to go back.

Were the facilities what you expected?

This year there wasn't a shower mop provided and only 1x light working in the shower room.
The fridge/freezer provided isn't large enough for 4 x anglers. Recommend another be provided so each peg has a fridge/freezer.
*Angling Lines note* Thank you for your feedback, the owner advises us that the mop and light will be dealt with ASAP. Whilst the fridge/freezer is family sized, we take your notes on board for if we need to make a replacement.

Excellent venue for a small social. Hidden gem of a lake.

Everything on point from Angling Lines. All paperwork and updates for ferry crossings sorted very professionally.
Fishing venue clean.

General Comments:

Recommend check-in be done at the lake location, and bait be dropped at your swim on arrival.
With checking in at Jonchery puts an additional 2hrs on your trip. 45 minutes extra each way and 30 minutes checking in and organising bait.

Yes showers and toilets were nice and clean as was the fridge freezer

We all had a great holiday lovely quiet place and the fish and stock were lovely

3 x Mirrors to 43.8. A very tough weeks fishing and all across France according to everyone we spoke to with many blanks across the week.

No actual gauge as very tough. All 3 caught on snowman presentation.

General Comments:

Again as explained a tough week but La Brie is such a lovely peaceful and tranquil venue. Proper drive and survive which we love.
