I've read a couple of reviews on here saying beds of bait or large amounts of bait dont work or the fish show little interest. Between two anglers we've put in over 160kg of bait this week and had over 50 fish landed so put the bait in these are big fish & 10kg for the week just wont cut it

General Comments:

We had a great week here at Brie, multiple PBs broken, the lakes beautiful and for french fish these are some of the best looking fish i've seen in France. Mark is great and always happy to help

Yes, as we have been there several times

Yes, apart from there is no freezer to put bait in, there is a big fridge with a tiny freezer

Indeed. Brie is a fantastic venue, not easy but some fantastic fish. It has very basic facilities, but you would be hard placed to find a more peaceful venue

Were the facilities what you expected?

Was told there was another freezer, last visit fed back lack of freezer space, no xtra freezer, fortunately I had purchased a portable 60 litre freezer which I took so with freezer that was on site we had enough space.
Toilet shower facilities fine.
*Angling Lines note* Thank you for your feedback, we really appreciate it. Just to clarify, outside the toilet and shower facilities under the large barn roof, there is an upright fridge/freezer as well as a separate chest freezer for bait. We apologise if you were expecting something different.

Advice to other anglers visiting lake would be to take a push bike as freezer, showers an toilets are up by the farm house
