13 Carp, only 3 under 20lb. Biggest 2 were 28lb – new PB’s.

Tight to the back margin. Shallow end of the lake paid off more for us. Used Rahja Spice and Special Crab.

General Comments:

Tracy & Lee have been great. We’ve felt like it’s home from home. Anything we needed we only had to ask. All the home comforts but completely relaxing having had the food package, the meals were brilliant, couldn’t get better if you tried to find a restaurant, and the lads have had a great first fishing experience in France!!

We have had our first French fishing trip,and from watching the DVD to phoning (several times with my changes to travel arrangements) booking, and arriving at the venue it could not have been better. As i told Lee & Tracy, it has been the best holiday i have ever had!!!

27lb-Mirror (Cod), 28lb 8oz-Mirror (Kinky), 20lb 6oz-Mirror, Ladies Lake Record (Nemo), 24lb 4oz-Mirror, 25lb 8oz-Common, 15lb 8oz-Common, plus some smaller fish including a Ghost Carp.

Bottom baits – KG1, Maple 8’s & Pineapple boilies. Nighttimes.

5 STAR VENUE!!! Lee & Tracy are top hosts. Nothing too much trouble. Thanks for the advice Lee on my casting (Debbie). Week 2’s food is just as good as Week 1 – Great variety and superbly cooked! This really is the place to unwind and enjoy the peace & quiet; with excellent accommodation and food and lake to match.
