Nestled in the heart of north-west France, at the end of a woodland track, lies The Carp House - a true escape from the hustle and bustle.
As you approach the gate, the forest opens up to reveal your private 5-acre lake. The lakeside lodge with it's large terrace is positioned perfectly on the far bank for panoramic views, just steps from the main swim. The setting of this lake has certainly got the wow factor!
Over the last couple of years the lake has been carefully stocked and now holds carp to a whopping 57lb. You're likely to catch fish across a wide range of sizes, right down to hard-fighting doubles. We're excited for our anglers to be some of the first to enjoy this little-known and unpressured lake.
This lake is tailored for up to three anglers, with the lodge sleeping up to six guests in total. Whether you’re a small group of anglers or planning to bring along partners or family, this retreat is designed for relaxation and quality time together in between runs.
The Carp House is easily accessible, located just 1.5 hours from the closest port of St. Malo and 2.5 hours from Caen. Calais is 5hrs away.

"A fantastic venue with an intimate and enchanting feel. This is the type of lake that every angler dreams about, silent surrounding filled with wildlife and wild flowers, amazing facilities at the waters edge. Comfortable and well kept swims and most importantly hard fighting pristine carp. This lake will not disappoint its a real gem!"

"21 fish including 4 larger ones, 32lb, 37lb, 42lb and 46lb. The fish in here do love their bait, boilies were the way to go. Larger hook baits singled out the bigger fish. Lovely lake on the edge of a deep wood with nobody else around for a good mile. Very peaceful, really enjoyed my stay."
