General Comments:

Very clean fish, no damaged mouths. Left alone, very pleasant house owner.

We caught lots of great fish. The swims are perfect, not too small & you can fish the whole lake. Its great to use the boat.

4 x 30lb+, 1 x 38lb grass carp, 8 x 20lb+

Your best tactics/bait/rigs:

Pop-ups fished over a handful of boilies, plastic corn brought 3 fish, standard bottom baits brought the rest. Large beds of bait did not bring catches, smaller amounts worked much better.

Mostly. Fridge, freezer and shower are fine, clean bathroom. Toilet flushing poor in toilet block.
