Emeraude Facilities

The main facilities are up the track at the entrance to the venue and here you’ll find a shower, toilet, a fridge/freezer for food and a freezer for bait. The water supply is connected to the mains, making it safe to drink.

Within the facilities you will find a lockable cubby (one for each swim) with a French plug point for charging etc. You’ll need to take your own adaptors and we recommend bringing your own padlock.

Swims 1, 2 and 3 each have their own picnic benches and swim 4 has a small wooden table. Around the lake there are also 4 x compost toilets which are close to the swims.

The venue provides weighing tripods, landing mats, weigh slings and retention sacks on site free of charge, please do not bring your own.

Around a 5 minute drive away you will find all necessities including supermarkets and restaurants.

*New for 2028*
A wooden cabin is planned for swim 3 for the 2028 season. The cabin will be situated on a wooden platform and is expected to be approximately 20m², equipped with a kitchenette, bed, and lighting. The final design, layout and specification are still being confirmed, including the possible addition of electricity. Further details will be added once plans are finalised.
