Shower and toilet were adequate for a drive and survive venue. Good freezer and charging points.

Yes

Not really. The lake clearly contains some good big Carp. It however contains too many Carp which were generally in poor condition and under-weight. . The Carp clearly had not had enough feed during the Covid periods. There were also a good number of deformed carp which should be removed.

I had understood from previous comments that the Bream were to be removed. This was not the case and when I asked on day 1 about what to do with the Bream, we were simply told to put them back! This adds to the competition for food and poor conditioning of the Carp. As such I would consider this lake to be more of a runs water than a true big fish venue.

Absolutely. We found the Angling Lines team great throughout the booking and support process. Extremely helpful and responsive. We cannot praise the AL team too highly. Excellent service. Thank You.

General Comments:

Lepinet could be an excellent lake but needs to be managed more actively. In particular with regard to stocking levels.
Whilst the swims on Lepinet South are genuine doubles, this is not the case on Lepinet North where only swim 10 is a genuine double. We were able to move from swim 7 and 8. Had we not it would have been a real problem for 2 anglers. Most of the swims could benefit from some rebuilding to make them more comfortable and safer, which could be achieved without too much expenditure
