Details of your catches:

Water levels high. Red hot weather and the spit was under water in the early part of the week but you could walk on it by the end of the week. Fish had started spawning by the time we got. 2 of us didn't catch but the other two did. best swims were by the shed and stright facing the facilities from the far end of the lake. They caught a mixture of cats and carp carp to 36lb. total number of carp was around 50 plus. Biggest cat was 34lb.

Your best tactics/bait/rigs:

We caught on various baits and popped up maize. You can buy pigeon feed and maize in the supermarket at the local village Berry au Bac (turn right by the tank on the island) it was ridiculously cheap.

General Comments:

Lovely lake not as many carp out this time but weather spawning etc had a lot to do with it. Owner is a lovely chap and would recommend the lake.

Fishing was very good 80+ fish in a week 11 x 40+ .... 27 x 30+ .... and the rest was mid 20's plus a catfish

Fishing 2 x 20mm cell on a long hair rig plus Feeding lots of particles pellet and chopped bollie

General Comments:

We had a very good week's fishing. Took my dad and the brother for their first week in France and they've already asked me when we’re going again! We will be going again for sure!

we had 108 fish in total 3 x 40s to 45lb 14.... 18 x 30s to 37lb 10.... 53 x 20s to 29lb 12.... 19 x doubles 15 bream inc cats to 37lb and grass to 30lb

all fish were caught on baitcraft t1 boilie and seed close to spit and island using bait boats.

General Comments:

beaurepaire is a great venue with a great owner we all caught and had a good week. Dave alone had 38 fish... 11 x 30s... 22 x 20s... 5 doubles. Non stop action! Rest of us ave 15

Details of your catches:

Approx 40 carp from 18lb 8oz to 42lb. Total weight was just under a 1,000lb. We all had a 42lb er out which was the biggest. We had loads of 30's. a 33lb grassie and a 28lb and 25lb cat

We used coconut flavoured boilies but pigeon feed with aniseed used as a groundbaitwas superb! we had 13 carp in 4 hours when we put this in, but ran out it soon after.

General Comments:

we had a briliant time and aim to definitely go back. Bernard was really nice as well even took us to see his Koi pond. Superb holiday.
