All caught off the bottom on Premier Matrix boilies and the Catfish surprisingly took a Strawberry Jam boilie.

General Comments:

This was our first trip to France and we enjoyed it very much. The owner and his daughter made us very welcome. Came to see us a couple of times during the week just to make sure everything was alright, other than that, left us to it. It took us a couple of days to locate the fish, but once found, things started to happen. Although not to many fish were caught the quality of fish was good. Would recommend a trip earlier in the year. We will certainly go back in 2011. Additionally would like to mention the excellent services provided by Angling Lines.

6 Fish. 2 x 28lb Grass Carp, 2 x 18lb Grass, 2 x Mirrors 26lb, 24lb.

5 fish fell to Cell bottom baits over boilies and particals and the other to a Zig Rig.

General Comments:

Having fished the lake a few times before and know what it can produce we had high hopes but fishing very tough they just wouldn't feed. The two other guys on the lake had slightly better luck fishing the point to the far margins.

19 mirror carp to 45.6lb 1 grass carp at 27lb and 2 pike.

Cell boilies & tigernut topped with plastic corn.

General Comments:

Fish were hard to find at first. Fished from peninsula but should have split up. Fish were concentrated in the cabin side of venue. No fish from top side. Had to leave early - family illness but would still go back. Weather was hot in the day and cold at night & we think this affected the fishing. This carp venue is getting a better stamp of fish now.

General Comments:

My fourth visit , 2 last year, 2 this. The fish average weight is rising every time I go. Didn't fish at night (too dark) all fish caught during the day, great runs water and great for small group exclusive bookings. Owner Bernard top man does everything for you if you ask him, although he speaks very little english. He leaves you to it and only pops down during the week to see if you need anything. If you go to his house he will do all he can for you.
