The last netting in 2022 showed a total of 103 carp with 11 different carp in excess of 50lb and a further 20 different carp in the forties. Making for a very impressive average weight.

There are a handful of large grass carp, a couple of koi, some pike, roach and tench but happily no poisson chat.

There is some crayfish activity in the warmer summer months, so it pays to be prepared. Include some artificial hookbaits and mesh or plastic heatshrink tubing to coat your boilies in your tackle just in case they are active during your visit.
