Yes, very clean and lots of freezer and fridge space. Compost toilet was great on the lake

Yes but instructions on where the freezers and showers are could be provided in welcome pack as a little map, as you have to drive to them.

Phillipe was great, 2 of us had the lake exclusive and enjoyed catching all bar one day.

Tough week this time round at boux with strong NE winds all week with a lot of hail, constant fluctuating temperatures but we still managed to land 12 carp up to just over 51lb.

Pop ups tigers and bottom baits

Mark - 48lb, 46lb, 46lb, 44.8lb, 43.8lb, 37lb, 33lb, 32lb, 30.8lb, 30lb, 29.8lb.
Damien - 54lb, 51.8lb, 50lb, 43lb, 30.8lb.

Your best tactics/bait/rigs:

All on over beds of baitworks Atlantic Heat and Royal Marine with Turnerbaits popups, in deeper water 8-10ft during colder days/ rain and 5-6ft on hotter sunny days. Snowman presentation. Note 24mm did not get as many runs as the 18mm.

Were the facilities what you expected?

Yes, basic but everything you need. Massive fridge and chest freezer which we made use of. Shower was red hot. Make sure to bring loo roll as none provided

Very happy. Used the sweeping brush to clean up after muddy rain days to keep it clean

Yes great stamp of fish, 100% recommend, the lakes stock is amazing, I’m sure we will be back.
