Multiple carp to 54lb, a good number of 30lb'ers, grassy to 39lb, cats to 68lb. very nice surprise Zander as well. There are some bream in the lake which can be a pain.

Yes hot shower, flushing toilet, fresh water, somewhere to charge batteries and a fridge freezer
