Fullys Lake

Unique Big Carp Fishing in France

Fullys Lake Fish

When owner Constant took over management of the lake in 2019, he estimated around 250 fish already present - all stunning mirror and fully scaled carp, from singles to low 30s. It's this striking scaley stock that gave the lake its name: Fullys Lake.

Constant has since run a carefully managed annual stocking programme, building steadily toward the unique, big carp fishery it is today. Counting for natural losses over the years, we estimate approximately 430 fish now present and they're certainly a lot bigger than ever.

Carp:
Owner Constant estimates around 50% of the lake's stock to be over 40lb. The current lake record common carp weighs just over 82lb.

Others:

There are approximately 80 different koi and ghost carp (the biggest now over 45lb), 90 grass carp (the biggest now over 70lb), and one albino catfish in the mid-twenties. There are no sturgeon in the lake.
