Winter Delivers in a Big Way, 8th Feb

2026 has kicked off in style, it’s grey, it’s wet and it’s Winter fishing at its finest, plenty of evidence to show why Winter can be worth the gamble.

Our first guests of the year have just finished their week. An astonishing result: 4 anglers 38 fish to 50lb’s including 5 fish over 40lb’s and all 4 anglers achieving a new pb.

What a way to start 2026. It is February right!?!?

Great result and massive congratulations to all this weeks guests. I’m definitely going to dust of the sticks when I return from my family visit to the Uk 😉🎣🎣🎣👍

New Stock, 12th Nov

Lillypool has welcomed a fresh batch of stockies, ranging from 22 to 28lb. These 25 new 4 year-olds are full of potential and could be the superstars of the future. Check out the photos for a sneak peek! Exciting times ahead 🎣👍

New Venue Video & Photos, 2nd Sep

Jamie, our videographer, returned to Lillypool this August, over a decade since his last visit. Following the revamp of the island and change of layout, we're pleased to be able to update all our photos and venue video - all of which you can now view on the venue webpage.

"100%, second time back to Lillypool, an amazing venue with great fishing. The new island swims are fantastic for a social and really improved on the feel of the lake overall.

Richard is always on hand at the lake to help you out if you need him. He has watched the lake grow and develop over the past 14/15 years so listen to his advice.

The lake is a beautiful and mature venue with lots to offer, lots of hard fighting carp so there's really nothing at all to fault."
