Brilliant 2 weeks fishing, great to see Rick again, helpful as always.

A slow start to the week due to very high temperatures but ended the week with over 30 fish between the 3 of us. Luke had a new pb with a 44lb grass carp

Richard is a top guy looked after us through out the week with great advice on where to fish

Tough week fishing with only 8 landed on the bank, hot weather certainly made them switch off but the 8 caught ranging between 23lb - 31lb

Single wafter seemed to be the best bait that we had success with

Excellent Facilities, this has to be one of the best venues I have fished in France, have rebooked again next year

Absolutely, even though the fishing was tough I wouldn’t hesitate recommending this venue

35 fish in the week to 49.15lb, including 7 40’s. 2 grassies to 33lb and a 74lb cat

Maize hookbaits over particle was the winning formula!

Were the facilities what you expected?

Cabin has good cooking facilities and excellent shower (much needed to wash off the fish slime). Island facilities were above and beyond expected!!

Were you happy with them?

100% couldn’t have asked for better facilities on the island!! Prefect for a social week!

Would you recommend the venue to a friend?

Definitely!! Couldn’t recommend Rich’s 2 lakes enough. Lillypool and Lillybelle are both excellent

Would you recommend the services to a friend?

Yes! Very user friendly and easy to use. Very helpful when making changes to booking like ferry times.
