Mystique Rules
Arrival: Strictly from 2pm
Departure: By 10:30am
Guests are asked to pay a security deposit (£200) upon arrival, which is fully refunded if the gite is left clean & tidy with no breakages.
If you wish to hire the hot tub for your week, there is a charge of 125e which you pay when you arrive - please let the lake owner know at least 72 hours in advance if you wish to hire this.
Fishing Rules
- 3 rods maximum per angler, please do not leave unattended at any time (you can fish whilst within the accommodation as long as you are fishing directly outside, quick on your feet and have your receiver with you)
- Barbed hooks only
- No braid or leaders (safe zone leaders are okay), no leadcore, no fixed leads
- Please use the unhooking mats and slings provided free of charge at the lake, but bring your own landing nets
- Only particles and pellets bought on site to be used (so we can ensure correct preparation)
- No nuts of any kind
- No shelf life boilie, boilies can be purchased onsite or you can bring your own frozen
- No litter of any kind to be left around swims etc
- Please do not drive around the lake, only on arrival to unload gear, please park vehicles in allocated parking area by the house
- Please keep fish safety in mind at all times, if any help is required please ask the bailiff
- The use of the venue's boat is strictly for use of the lake owner and therefore cannot be used by guests
- Anyone under 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times when fishing
Accommodation Rules
- Respect the property please and leave it as you found it
- No dirty clothing on seats, beds and settees and please no fishing footwear in the house, to be stored outside under shelter at door
- No fishing equipment to be stored in house and any baits to be stored in freezer in garage please
- If anything is broken please tell us so we can replace it
- WiFi code is in cabinet for clients use and any games please pack away after use
- The sockets are French, please bring your own adaptors for UK plugs
- Please bring your own towels and tea towels. Bed linen is provided
- *IMPORTANT* It is the responsibility of the guests to dispose of their own rubbish bags/ litter. The bins are just under a mile away down the road from the accomodation
- Dogs are allowed, but please let us know in advance
If you or a member of your party experiences any issues during your holiday, please report them immediately to the venue owner/bailiff and to Angling Lines. This allows us the opportunity to resolve the matter while you are still at the lake, in line with our holiday Terms & Conditions.
